es el tercer álbum de estudio de Ian Dury and the Blockheads, lanzado en 1980. Es notable por ser el último álbum de material original que Dury grabó para Stiff Records, así como el último con los Blockheads durante 18 años
El álbum fue grabado durante un período de cambios para la banda, sobre todo la partida del guitarrista fundador y co-compositor Chaz Jankel. Su reemplazo fue el ex guitarrista de Dr. Feelgood, Wilko Johnson, cuyo estilo de tocar distintivo aportó un sonido diferente a la fusión funk y rock característica de los Blockheads
el álbum ha sido reevaluado y apreciado con el tiempo. Canciones como "Sueperman's Big Sister" y la maníaca "(Take Your Elbow out the Soup) You're Sitting on the Chicken" se consideran aspectos destacados, ejemplificando la inteligencia y el humor de la banda
